At EliteFTS, we stand behind our strength equipment and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our warehouse team will inspect the gear within 5-7 business days and issue a refund to your original payment method upon approval.
