How long does it take to ship my order?
Standard in-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Custom-built equipment, such as power racks and specialty benches, may require a lead time of 4-8 weeks for manufacturing.
What is your return policy on strength equipment?
We accept returns on most unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made equipment and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy equipment?
Yes, we ship worldwide. For heavy freight orders outside the United States, please contact our customer service team for a custom shipping quote to ensure the most accurate rates.
Are your power racks and bars under warranty?
EliteFTS stands behind the quality of our gear. Most of our professional-grade frames feature a lifetime warranty against structural failure, while barbells carry specific warranties against bending and manufacturing defects.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast processing, we begin fulfillment immediately. If you need to change your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has reached the shipping floor, it cannot be modified.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and offer financing options through Affirm for larger equipment purchases, allowing you to build your gym now and pay over time.
